Through design and an in-depth understanding of your needs, our dynamic approach enables us to unlock opportunities that others haven’t seen. Our services involve the refurbishment or re-modeling of an existing property and new builds. We also undertake feasibility only studies (Stage 0-2), take projects to planning only (Stage 3), or pick up projects with granted planning permission and develop them for construction (Stage 5). HOW MUCH DO WE COST?
We provide a fixed fee for the feasibility stage (Stage 0-2) and for the planning application (Stage 3). Stage 4 and 5 can only be quoted once the design is confirmed. If our fees are within your expectations then we would be happy to come and visit and provide you with a detailed quote.

RECENT CASE STUDY
The site was previously staff quarters for an adjoining hoteL. After an initial consultation, we found the opportunity to significantly increase the value of the site, by subdividing the property into two 2-bedroom luxury townhouses.
